These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Pic Pilot Meta (the “Software”), our website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By purchasing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

  2. Eligibility
    You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

  3. Trial, Billing, and Renewal

    • Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. During the Trial, you can cancel to avoid being charged.
    • Automatic Renewal: If you do not cancel before the Trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and will renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout, unless canceled.
    • Plan details: The price, billing interval, and plan limits are shown during checkout and in your receipt.

  4. No-Refund Policy
    Because we offer a Trial so you can evaluate Pic Pilot Meta before paying:

    • All sales are final once a paid subscription charge is successfully processed.
    • We do not offer refunds for partial periods, unused time, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel before renewal.
    • Exceptions: We may consider refunds only where required by law or in rare cases of verified billing error (e.g., duplicate charges).

  5. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record
    Purchases may be processed through our authorized reseller/merchant partner (e.g., Freemius). Checkout, taxes, invoicing, and certain billing communications may be handled by that partner according to their terms.

  6. License Grant and Restrictions
    Subject to these Terms and an active paid subscription:

    • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Pic Pilot Meta on the number of websites allowed by your plan.
    • You may use unlimited activations on localhost/development environments where enabled by the plan.

    You agree not to:

    • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software or license keys
    • Share license keys publicly
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass licensing/activation checks
    • Use the Software to violate laws or third-party rights

  7. Updates and Support

    • While your subscription is active, you receive updates and support according to your plan.
    • We may release updates that change, add, or remove features.

  8. Customer Responsibilities
    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining WordPress hosting and security
    • Backups of your site and media library
    • Ensuring compatibility with your environment and other plugins/themes

  9. AI / Content Disclaimer
    Pic Pilot Meta may generate suggested text (e.g., alt text, titles, metadata). You acknowledge:

    • Generated outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate in some cases
    • You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before publishing
    • You must not use generated content to violate laws, privacy rights, or third-party intellectual property

  10. Availability and Acceptable Use
    We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe you are abusing the Service, violating these Terms, or causing security risks.

  11. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all requirements.

  12. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent allowed by law:

    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
    • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

  13. Termination

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated).
    • We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms.

  14. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
